"2013" $25.00 Transfer Gift Cards at Walgreens

As of 2013 most customers are not qualifying for Walgreen's gift card because their insurance carrier  is getting governmental assistance.  Of course customers are not aware of the "governmental assistance" within their insurance, so if you've received a gift card in the past, and now you don't qualify, this may be the reason.
