Customer Complaints

When you call 1-800 numbers and/or submit a complaint on-line, it comes back to the pharmacy /store manager.  Most customers want to discuss their concerns as soon as possible, in this case ask for the pharmacy/store manager.  If they are not in, proceed to the 1-800 number or submit an on-line complaint.
